Chad & JT take to the streets of Southern California to raise awareness of the important issues facing society today (like maintaining an optimum level of stoke). Tasked with developing a main title that would suit the duo’s unique brand of slacker humor, we drew inspiration from surf and skate culture, SoCal glam and '80s nostalgia. Combining bold typefaces with retro lipstick script fonts, we landed on a look that you could imagine adorning the cover of a surf magazine or a well-worn VHS box. That is to say, decidedly chill.
