When we teamed up with Global Citizen to disseminate scientific information about the coronavirus vaccines, our goal was to diffuse the fear and confusion surrounding the topic and empower viewers to make decisions regarding their health. To that end, we used creative metaphors to illustrate abstract concepts and occasionally provide the audience with a bit of humor.

There were human characters in our story, but the real stars of this video were much tinier. We had fun personifying friendly molecules, demonic disease agents, and a very groovy amino acid. Even our vaccine vial had its moment in the sun!
